- In case of consumer account holders: the primary account holder
- In case of customers with credit cards: the main card holder
- In case of payment accounts of CitiBusiness customers: main card holders entitled to full scale service

| How can I apply for e-statement? |
|
|
E-statement application is subject to enrollment. Existing customers of the Bank can select from among the following options if they wish to enroll for e-statement:

| Customers with consumer bank accounts and credit cards: |
|
- On Citibank Online: following login with user name and password please select menu item 'Account Info / E-statement Enrollment'
- You can enroll in any Citibank branch by completing the appropriate form
- You can request enrollment via CitiPhone Banking Telephone Customer Service.

| CitiBusiness customers: |
|
- On Citibank Online: following login to Citibank Online with user name and password please select 'Account Info / E-statement Enrollment' menu item.
|

Our new customers can apply for the E-statement service at the time of account opening or credit card application on the application form also. |

| How do I get the E-statement? |
|
|
We will send you an e-mail when your enrollment is completed and will notify you in e-mail when your E-statement is available.
|
|
Upon enrollment you can select the method of delivering the E-statement as follows: |
- Link ('Link' delivery method) via Citibank Online, you are requested to provide your e-mail address where we can send you the notification e-mail on the availability of the E-statement.
- In electronic message (e-mail), sent as a secure, password protected attachment ('Attachment' delivery method), you are requested to provide your e-mail address where the E-statement is to be sent.

| How electronic statements can be viewed? |
|
|
In order to view PDF files you will have to install version 7.0. or a later release of Acrobat Reader that can be downloaded free of charge from the web site of Adobe (www.adobe.com). |

| If you selected the 'Attachment' delivery method, a password that is an electronic PIN ('E-PIN') will be needed to open the attachment. You can select and modify your already existing E-PIN on Citibank Online. If you have not enrolled for Citibank Online, you can get your E-PIN at CitiPhone Banking Telephone Customer Service. |

If you selected the 'Link' delivery method and you use Citibank Online services for the first time, you are requested to complete a registration where you can create your user name and password. |
