An enhanced digital experience and new features with the new Citibank Hungary Mobile Banking application

Customers will now be able to open a time deposit, find the nearest Citibank branch or ATM through a GPS navigation system and access other banking services with the launch of the new Citibank Mobile Banking application.

The new Citibank Mobile Banking application can be downloaded for free from:
• Apple Store for iPhone,
• Android Market for Android users, and
www.citibank.hu/mobilbank for Nokia smartphones.

Batara Sianturi, Citi Country Officer for Hungary said, "Citibank Mobile Banking allows customers to enjoy a superior, secure and smart banking experience anytime and anywhere in the world, including transactions on their Citibank accounts. With this new application we have made another significant step in reaching our goal to become the world's and Hungary's leading digital bank."
Jon Wiggins, Consumer Business Manager for Hungary also remarked, "A number of our tech savvy customers started to use our mobile banking service when we introduced it last summer. We are responding to their lifestyle needs with our new mobile phone application that gives an enhanced digital experience to our iPhone or Android smartphone user customers. They can of course decide to use this new application or the Citibank Online banking service specially optimized for mobile phones, but most importantly both applications are bringing secure banking right to the palm of our customers' hands."
By leveraging this innovative channel to manage finances, Citibank Mobile allows the customers to:

• View their account information: detailed and up-to-date account information;
• Open time deposits;
• Funds Transfers

  / Transfer between own accounts (Forint and foreign currency)
/ Transfer to own credit card
/ Transfer within Citi, to registered payees (Forint and foreign currency)
/ Transfer outside Citi to a local bank account, in local currency, to registered payees (Forint only)

:• View FX and currency exchange rates; • Show the nearest Citibank Branch or ATM on smartphones with a GPS navigation system; • Otherwise use the popular Find My Citi Branch and ATM locator service.

The security level of Citibank Mobile Banking compares to the standards of Citibank Online. The application is protected with strong encryption (128-bit Secure Sockets Layer) for access and transactions and the online session will be automatically terminated after being idle for five minutes preventing unauthorized use of the session.
