| Please be advised that, due to the latest changes in Canadian regulation, as of 23 June 2009 Canadian financial institutions require the name, address and account number (or unique bank identification number) of the beneficiary to be included in all international transfers sent to a Canadian beneficiary. |

| In case this information is missing or incomplete funds transfer may be rejected by the beneficiary's bank and you might be subject to delay or additional charge |
