Using the Citi Mobile service is only possible with a mobile telephone that has a mobile internet and/or WiFi connection. There are two ways of accessing the service:

Citi Mobile does not store financial data on your mobile phone. After five minutes of inactivity users are automatically logged out, to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing your account.
These security solutions are not fully supported by certain Opera Mini and Opera Mobile browsers, which is why Citi Mobile cannot be accessed using these browsers. Instead of the Opera browsers we recommend that you use another browser, preferably the one installed on your mobile phone by the manufacturer.
